HFG needs your help–EMERGENCY RESCUE FUNDRAISER
Last week, Home for Good Dog Rescue was called to intervene in one of the worst hoarding cases we’ve ever encountered in Marion County, South Carolina. What we found was heartbreaking.
Sixteen small dogs—some just weeks old—were discovered in a filthy, overcrowded trailer littered with drug paraphernalia. Used solely for breeding, these dogs endured years of neglect without medical care, grooming, or compassion.
They arrived in devastating condition:
- Covered in fleas and painful mats, many with skin infections
- Several tested heartworm-positive, requiring costly and lengthy treatment
- One dog needs an eye removed; others require dental surgeries
- All need urgent medical care, preventatives, and emotional rehabilitation
These animals were born into suffering. Now, with your help, they can begin to heal.
We’ve launched an Emergency Rescue Fundraiser to provide the medical treatment, care, and love these dogs need to recover and eventually find forever homes.
Every dollar you give goes directly toward their lifesaving care.
They’ve been denied everything good in life—until now.
Please, if you can, donate today. And if you’re unable to give, sharing this story can help us reach someone who can.
Your support means everything. We’ll be sharing updates on each of these dogs as they begin to heal and prepare to be adopted into loving homes. Follow their journey with us, and be part of their transformation.
Donate now and be the reason they know safety, love, and a second chance.
Thank you for standing with us when it matters most.
